1. The bed was not good. 2. Even though I booked for a single person, they mentioned 2 persons in their records. 3. I checked in at 10:30 pm, but they recorded it as if I had checked in at 7:15 pm, without informing me or calling to confirm whether I was coming late. 4. When I asked for a towel for bathing, they provided an already used towel. 5. The room was not clean, and the washroom was also dirty.

The hotel is fine but there is no responsible person. No service

I stayed here last night. The room was decent and location was good, but I was disappointed with the lack of proper towels. There were no clean or fresh towels provided, which is a basic requirement for any guest. This affected my overall comfort and experience. Staff was polite, but I hope the hotel management takes care of such important essentials in the future.

What ever mentioned in your property details like kettle and drinking bottled water was not available. Cockroaches were the guests available and toilets .

Super hotel O ashoknagar near venkannababu kalyanamandapam refused to give room at the last moment when we arrived there to check in the hotel we faced so much trouble because of the hotel management but our make my trip executive responded immediately and arrange another hotel with so much responsibility thanks for the response

The receptionist was so rude and worst Receptionist enlists the help of local people to scare away auditors and customers When I went out, I locked the room and gave it to cleaning. When I left, they gave the room to other customers. I left my belongings in the room and they were gone. They were not given to me

make my trip is to hourble as we called u but u did get response from oyo side and u make my trip people are just play games buy puting call hold for 17 min are no response
