Review Of Japika Inn by Hazel Hotels

My stay at hotel japika inn was the worst ever. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The shared parking, i advertised as private, led to constant harassment to move my car. The deluxe room with a "mountain view" only offered partial views of other hotels, broken curtain rods, and a damaged floor. No garden, no water bottle, and a generally poor state of the room. Staff was unprofessional and no one greeted us at checkout. The misleading information added to the disappointment. This hotel should be avoided at all costs.

We are very much satisfied with our stay here. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. We will recommend this hotel to our friends. 🥰 Thanks for this wonderful experience.

Food was decent, place is hygiene, professional staff

No wifi signal in room floors and windows were dirty food was ok renovation work during stay makes lot of noise and dust

The location of the property is awful, the chef is trained at its specialties. The manager mr. Rajat will help you all the way to make your stay pleasent. They also have sightseeing packages cheaper as compared.

Nice & hygiene place to chill & stay with friends or with family

It was our unplanned trip.but we enjoyed our trip. The best thing we did was the paragliding in Solang! 3200 lage the bhai ek bande k...🤪🤪

No drinking water, no electricity for 2 days, hotel staff purposely turned off our floor's electricity. No following of covid safety most of the times.
1. No power backup; 2 nights we were completely w/o electricity. 2. Very poor room service. We didnt even get drinking water to our room even after calling room service multiple times for 3 hours. Since then we daily bought our own water from market before coming to the hotel.

Terrible service after reaching hotel no body entertain, after waiting for 2 hour i got the room. List is big,

All good, hotel rooms are awesome, food was fabulous, like home food, i like the view from hotel

Want a location so wonderful and tasty food with hygienist

Room was spacious but it lacks cleanliness. In washroom the flush was not working. Staff were co-operative but they need to improve on cleanliness. Value for money so I would recommend it to others.

The hotel is very clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Room 100% view 100% best view snow view and decent staff, I will visit again if I get a chance to go again.

Good stay for family and couples

Everything was excellent location, food, service was good. It was a value for money hotel. Would recommend the hotel.
