*Hospitality is very poor.* I asked for complementary mineral water as a welcome drink on my arrival but they deny. I asked for mineral water on my complementary breakfast, they again deny. They said mineral water is chargeable. I am very surprised that they don't provide mineral water even on my complimentary breakfast. I bought the mineral water on my own expenses. *A very bad experience in the snow view hotel Manali*

Poor Stay
Hotel location is good but the staff is not co operative. Spacialy Restaurant Service is very poor. If any one want to book this hotel not include breakfast.

arrogant staff
The reception staff is very arrogant. The service is poor. The hotel is not clean. Not upto the mark

Terrible rooms
The room they gave us was too dirty. There were hair everywhere in the bedsheet and in bathroom. The door is so tough to lock and unlock, u have to be hulk to be able to open it. There is timing for hot water which is very inconvenient. Yeah the location was good but hotel is terrible

Mostly positives come to mind when i think about my stay at Hotel Snow View Manali. Will list down the main reasons here 1. Convenient location: This is literally next to the Mall Road - families travelling for fun, food and frolic dont have to worry about staples, food and transport a bit. Public Transport, Tibetan Monastery and Hidimba Devi Temple are all easily walkable 2.Rooms, Staff and Service - Pretty good room size coupled with excellent responsive staff esnure you get top notch service

It’s was average hotel as staff were rude and basis amenities were missing . I asked for toothpaste as i was not carrying and they refuse to provide it. Water bottle was not present no kettle and tea was providing in room . I booked deluxe Room , these are basic things

We stayed in super deluxe rooms with family including two kids. Rooms were clean and spacious . Staff was very cordial and humble, especially Mr Labh Singh . Food was good . Located right on the mall road
