Excellent Stay
Nice cosy comfortable well maintained property in Old Grove locality on Birla Vidyamandir Road near Mall Road Nainital.. Caretaker and attendant is prompt nice and courteous.. They can prepare decent fresh homely food upon request on payment basis..The property has all basic amenties for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Cons: • Caretaker service could be improved, and the cleanliness could use some attention, as there were noticeable spots on the floor. • The approach road is quite steep. If you’re driving your own vehicle, it’s best to have an experienced driver. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay for those looking for a scenic and well-designed property, but minor improvements in service and cleanliness would make it even better.

familyGreat place to stay and have fun with family. We also had the opportunity to have a bonfire at terrace. Caretaker is also very helpful with meals and everything. We just have to take a scooty or convence to reach the homestay from mall road which takes only around 4 to 5 minutes.
