Location is very good. Room service average. Room cleanness was below average. Food ok

The location is good. The area of tent is way more than expected. The program set for us for really nice. But apart from great food, great service And large area, I would prefer less price room. Overall it was great experience but the deal became expensive for us being students.

Since I was travelling with family, I was looking forward for this place. However, I was disappointed by the state of the maintenance here. There is an adjoining resort with which this property shares its infra - Le Royal - which seems to be of the same owner. Also when opened in maps, JDS shows Le Royal, which is deceiving. The rooms were not worth the cost (we took a luxury deluxe swiss tent) though basic amenities were in place.

When I booked the image was different and when I went there the rooms are different. Won't recommend anyone about this hotel.

We had a great experience at Jaisalmer Desert Safari Camps And resorts. It is a great property with courteous staff And the best food And services offered. The dance program was great, clean pool, delicious spread of food over tea, dinner And breakfast. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Ground staff, stay, service was good and activities were good. But the food was not up to mark as per charges. But their staff and policies were not clear. If we were not allowed to drink or asked corkage they should have told us in advance or served with soda and salad. He was trying to horrify us and talk inappropriately which happened to other families too.

Strongly recommended to stay in because it is an amazing place and the nearest place to every enjoyable place. Thanks.

Stay in the camp is excellent. Staff were very friendly And helpful. Rooms are neat And spacious.

First of all the dinner which was supposed to be served at 8:30 pm was delayed till 10pm. The evening snacks were Pakoda and chai which basically killed the mood. The dinner had dal baati churma, noodles, gatte sabji and rice and kheer. The food was very spicy and cold served with no heat below the vessels in buffet. Location is good to go in winters. Many photographic spots. But in their off season it looks nothing like the pictures. So be prepared. Service was average.
