Poor Stay
No mirror present in room, don't get hot water and only normal water is coming, and no towel provided to us, blanket provided is very thin and it is like two bedsheet and i have to use my own blanket. Complimentary camel ride is provided which is mentioned as for 60 min but we get only 5 min ride.

Terrible Stay
Food was terrible, in the name of desert safari i paid d twice first to tent owner in the name of package and then when we reached sam dunes we have tonpay again to explore the desert area. So whosoever visit to this place make clear with them. During my rajsthan tour, it's is the only place where hotel and food service disappointed me. My advice to visitor don't book these camps but book hotel in city then hire a thar for desert safari and then come back to city.

God experience

Average Stay
The resort should work on the cleanliness and amenities such as Availability of Toiletries in the bathroom, tent cleaning, quality of towels, lenin on bed and pillows should be clean. The jeep safari was good 👍.

Good Stay
This is my first visit to jaisalmer and staying in a tent house. The location is easily reachable and both breakfast and dinner were really tasty. Staff was really supportive to accommodate the necessity. Sajan bhai was helped a lot and readily available all the time to support the customers. Overall experience was really good.

Good Stay
The location was beautiful and the food was delicious, however there is a room for improvement in the basic facilities. Essentials like toiletries, clean room and other requirements were lacking. If these issues are addressed, the camp has the potential to be an excellent getaway.

Good stay
familyVery friendly staff, good food, good ambience. Plan to reach the resort not before 4 pm as there is nothing to do and the weather would be a bit hot. There was no electricity which meant there was no fan when you needed it the most. And unfortunately they ran out of fuel to start the generator. They arranged adventure sports for you in the resort so that was convenient. There was a live show - dance, fire show, folks songs etc. That was very pleasant. With the given price, i would rate this as 4 star. Deducted 1 star for the lack of electricity and hygienic washroom but otherwise it was really lovely.

Terrible Stay
Give 1 star rating. One of the worst camp, i booked camp there and upon reaching camp staff asked me to pay inr 250 per person extra which is not highlighted on make my trip. I felt cheated therefore i asked for a refund but camp staff denied for refund also to make my trip. I requested also staff but they are very rude and abusive as well. I don't know why make my trip has such place in their listing. Staff should have basic manners of talking to guest. Upon complaints to make my trip they told me that inr 5000 which i paid will not be refunded by hotel but from make my trip they will be giving some 1200 points which is not ethical. At last when i left from there and booked some other hotel then i got call from make my trip that they will not charge that additional amount of inr 250 now, i just failed to understand the handling process of this place. I will never recommend this place to anyone, worst staff, worst management, worst hospitality.

This property has every decorative things but does not have basic needs, i. E. No water cooler for drinking water at its cafeteria, doesn't provide water camper at tent. Service is poor especially at reception counter. Altogether stay at this desert camp was not at all good.

Thank you for posting the review because sir the room you booked was booked only for the room. You did not book anything like dinner, breakfast etc. It will be an extra pay my staff said that, you said, give it for free otherwise we will put your field back, wrong Other people also stop and go. No one has paid anything. Till date, it is wrong because no one has asked for free. If you ask for free by booking with the help of MakeMyTrip, then we cannot give it to you for free, we will take the one which has a different price, thank you very much.
Terrible and totally waste of hope
The tent rooms at mohan desert camp were quite nice, other than that there is nothing special about the property. Food and breakfast were quite dirty, there was roti and vegetable for dinner while poha and tea for breakfast. Similarly, i had to pay separately for folk dance programs, camel rides and jeep safaris. Similarly, instead of being a folk dance program, it was a gathering of alcoholics/addicts, where there was no family atmosphere of any kind. Also, despite booking the room for around rs 08 thousand (01 month in advance, i had to pay extra rs 05 thousand. Similarly, for desert camping, instead of booking a room, it was better to contact the concerned property directly.

Basic amenities & dinner
Lack of basic amenities like mirror, towel, soap, bath sliper. Have not any choice of food items only chose rice or chapati. Poor electric supply primarily at the day time.
