Worst Hotel to Sta
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. For two nights we suffered because of electricity cutouts – no fans, no AC, and no sleep. When we asked for help, the staff showed no courtesy and told us to “checkout at 3:30 AM” instead of solving the problem. The safari they forced us into (Captain Desert Safari) was equally pathetic. The jeep safari was badly managed, the driver ignored our calls and left us stranded for 45 minutes to an hour, and the dinner they served was spoiled with a foul smell. Even the folk dance was so boring that everyone just wanted it to end. When we asked for a refund after this disaster, they simply refused. No accountability, no service, and no respect for guests. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this place

Good Stay
Property is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Rooftop restaurant has good ambience but food was average. No dedicated parking space available.

Hotel surprised us: best way compared to other hotels in rajasthan & staf
familyHotel staff were talking and providing good guidance. Food in the hotel is very good compared to the process and quality elsewhere. Staff helped with luggage and also helped negotiate with auto and travel for desert experience.

Good Stay
The staff is helpful, i visited during the off season so, they will arrange the food from a good restaurant. Spacious rooms are available. They provide good and a decent stay.

Hotel swan jaisalmer.
Cleanliness and service very good staff polite. Location is in a market area. Jaisalmer is not a very cleanliness conscious city like indore. Rooftop restaurant. It is a haveli turned into a hotel.
