Review Of Jade Inn

The hotel's room was not cleaned, there was no proper service for food. More than 2 hrs. Taken for food delivery from their own resturant. The food price are so expensive

According to the price the stay wasn’t upto the mark. The room was old and also washroom wasn’t so good. Booked room for two people didn’t allow my another colleague. Not satisfied!

Property provided late check in, they need to focus on maintaining the property. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

1. Bed cover is not clean 2. I found female hair on bed 3. No water was in room 4. After doing request for 4 times they provide water 5. They are not welcoming their customer 6. Toilet seat was not in good condition 7. Toilet flush was not good 8. Shower handle was not good 9. Cupboard did not have hangure to keep clothes hang there 10. In breakfast they do not have multiple options like juice, fruits, south indian, light foods but they are making testy food i liked its poori and shabji

Satisfactory experience overall considering the charges value for money overall. Location was perfect.

Behavioral, facilities, accommodation and hospitality all were in a very bad shape. Please do not visit this hotel with your family 1. Manager was very rude in behavior even with my father who is at the age of 65 yrs, when he cane to know that we booked the room . 2. Tap leakage on the wastrooms. No action taken even after making 3-4 complaint 3. Rooms and washrooms were in a dirty conditions. No house keeping services provided even after 2-3 complaints. 4. No complimentary services were provided, not even a bottle of water. 5. At hotel restaurant the bill was charged extra for the extra menu which was not served at the table. After complaint the manager of the restaurant was in very rude in nature. We pay for the comfort, but when we receive worst services,

Complimentary breakfast was not having sufficient options and service is also poor at restaurants. Although stay was ok. Everything u need to ask than only they were providing like mortine, electric kettle etc.

Had a bad experience as rooms were not well kept and broken furniture. No water bottle and amenities available as claimed. Poor wifi connectivity and stinking resturant. People who don't have sense of cleanliness may choose this because of budget.

I booked this hotel for a family trip. Hotel is very well located near main market. Accessibility is very good. Rooms are ok. However washrooms lack ventilation so it's a bit of suffocating.

The facilities are not of a 3 star rated hotel. No place for lobby. Kettle is provided after insisting for 2 hours. No arrangement for bed tea. Complementary breakfast is not upto the standard. Overall it is an average experience.

Very bad room no service no ro water bottle and cattle in which bottle is served was rusted from inside not hot water very worst expirence. Room service was very delay. No directory for intrecom provided in room. Rough talking staff except reciptioninst

No room service, hotel staff is arrogant, booked the room with complementary breakfast, at the time of breakfast they have not served any buffet & making excuses that restaurant is flooded with water

Location was ok, not far from railway station but opposite of main town. Food was excellent, buffet as well as ala carte but not happy with room cleaning and it's hygiene. Had no issue with safety concerns. Seemed fine.

Located on main road just adjacent to surya green apartments. Rooms are good, reception area is very small. Restaurant has ample space but they need good cook.
