Pathetic experienc
The lady at reception don't follow the instructions, I asked her for room cleaning and handed over the key, but in the evening found room As it is. Even I called the reception for the same in evening they sait they will send someone to clean the plates but no one came. Also the food is also pathetic, soup was bland Chapatis are raw. Overall I can not recommend any one to stay there.

I booked executive room with size 225 sq ft but initially they given me simple and ordinary room which I got it changed.They didn’t give buffet breakfast fast but the breakfast was so pathetic. N lobby they are not running ac but only fan in such high summer heat.

Property location was good and easy to find near by cant station. Food is good , but room service is not good . Like electricity Main switch in not working proper , and fridge is not working and wash basing toti is not working proper, slipper is not avl in hotel.

Rooms are good but food is not upto the mark, orders not completed, with soup fried noodles missing, misssi roti feels like make out of old dow. The food experience is the worst. I have checked in in the night requested for mineral water, staff said that only ro water available as the restaurant is closed

Good Stay
Stay was very good. Rooms are clean and staffs are cordial. Only my request is if we are spending this much of amount hotel needs to provide atleast milk power, suger and tea bag along with saving and dental kit. This is only my suggestion

Good stay. I can give 3.5 out of 5
Located near Rly. Station. Room service is good. We didn't take food in the hotel.So many restaurants near the hotel. Room was neat and clean. But there is no hot water in the toilet.

Plaza inn varanasi convinient from varanasi railway station. Food good. Staff cooperative. Rooms were neat and clean. Transport for all visiting spot in varanasi easily available. Very important thing which is bathroom was found clean. Overall nice place to stay.

Room was normal food in resturant was good but slow service location okay property needs renovation with time.

Such a poor service!
familyNo hot water in this cold weather..the weather temp. is around 14°c.how could they expect us to even have a bath in this cold weather..Old mats.No house keeping.even thought we questioned there is no reply from them..
