Review Of J.P Guest House

The location of property is in front of garbage collection point.My stay was very terrible amenities shown on site is totally different. Behaviour of staff was very rude, drinking water is not available other things was also not good.I recommend that nobody should be booked this property also not by using MakeMy Trip.I complaint same day but matter wasn't resolved and poor response from MakeMyTrip.

A budget hotel at prime location. Walking distance from railway station. Many food stalls are available nereby.

No soap has been given, used face wash, sampoo strip etc was in bath room. There was a T.V. inside room but it had no electric and cable connection.

location good in respect of Varanasi railway station but other service cleanliness is very bad Dirty hotel to stay .The problem of heavy mosquito bites is there .Not recommended.

Room was very small and untidy, not clean with lots of mosquitos and reaching road was like garbage road, there is no hot water facility. But staff was very helpful and good.

Property's location is near Varanasi Railway Junction and at walking distance. Staff is co - operative. Tape was faulty and leakage water due to which cleanliness of bathroom was not satisfactory.

They already gave the room to another guest under booking done by us & not ever called us..So not preferable.

Average for staying. For lower middle class and bachelor's for family it's not suitable. And go for offline booking directly because so many hotels and rooms are available in that place offline.

No cleanliness at all. Never recommend this to anyone. No hot water in winter, no wifi, room is completely dirty.

Lots of mosquito in room, but there was nothing to do?

Over all is good but cleaning not good. I want to suggest that clean room and also bed sheet and blanket

There was no hot water in washroom, tv was not working and had no electricity connection. Blanket was so dirty that it was itching all night, couldn't sleep properly due to that. Window of bathroom was broken too. Room and washroom was dirty too. Bed linen was torn too.

It was a good and peaceful stay. Little bit cleanliness could be maintained and RO water could be put in the hotel.

Fine with hot environment it is pleased to say that this hotel is affordable and nice i think middle class people are appropriate for this kind of hotel

I felt very good, i had good facilities by staying in this hotel the best thing is that their way of talking is very good

My rooms was not good

Dirty bed, dirty room, broken mugs shower overall worst experience. The service was bad, people were roaming naked ehh i just hated it.
