Terrible Stay
familyAlthough i booked two rooms for 4 person, they gave me only 1 room when we checked in around 4. 30 pm. Then they gave me a refund of 1600 only out of 4600 approximately (which i paid for two separate rooms.

Hi Sir! When you arrived we had one room ready and we asked you to wait for another 10 min to make other room ready as well. You said you are going to ghat and once you came back you requested for only one room. I waived off 1600 to cover for your loss but I also had to pay GST and commission for both that rooms. Hope you understand and give another chance to serve you again whenever you are in Varanasi

Comfortable stay and excellent service by the staff especially mukesh ji (the owner) who manages all the guests and their stays very well.
