I have booked the flat at around 1 pm, when i reached the place at 4 pm, they allowed me to seat in another flat for few minutes, there is still cleaning going on in the flat. I have sat in the another room for more than 2 hrs and even they haven't ready the single flat. If i have booked the property then it must be ready at before check. In time. But anyhow i have compromised and co-operate with them. Firstly they have insulted me after 5-6 hrs of booking by saying that i have to cancel the booking because society doesn't allow the bachelor, they are even the most irrespective and irresponsible host, they don't know how to deal professionally. Even on checkout i have requested for one more hour to manage. They were telling me our guest are waiting. Then what they think about me that i am the fool who booked the property at 1 pm and even i have reached 4-5 hrs later but my flat was not ready. Even their hospitality is very poor. I suggest not to book this property

Property Damage: The property was left in an unacceptable condition, requiring extensive cleaning and repairs after your stay.
We had to escalate the matter to MakeMyTrip’s customer care to resolve these issues professionally.
