I had a very horrible experience. I booked a bed in dormitory. People drinking and smoking inside the dormitory

Premises and rooms are neat and clean. Structure is new. Continuous supply of electricity. Staffs are well behaved. Quite safe for family.

Good hotel almost in new condition i was worried coz the hotels near ghats are expensive but this was totally worth. Rooms were new. Check-in experience was also very quick i did checkin at 12 am and it was super smooth. Also the bathroom, bodywash, soap they give are good & reasonable. Shower also works. Wifi speed was 25-30 there was a mirror too and the ac was also new. Good experience so far. I took a 7 min walk to assi ghat and u have plenty options of food nearby. U have idli, kachori and some famous choki hotel at assi ghat.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I stayed here for the night, and i asked them for so many things but they didnt say no for anything i requested, best place for solo guys or group travellers, and they have the best dormitory with all the luxury amenities i have ever seen.

As a girl i was hesitating to stay alone in dormitory but staff and owner was so polite and cooperative and provided all the things whatever i need, and the stay was genuinely good, and the food was delicious from their kitchen, thank you guys for the lovely hospitality

Had a nice stay there with attentive and efficient service. Premises were suitable, clean and roomy with friendly and punctual staff.

They have denied the stay. Height of unprofessional. Midnight this guy ensured we struggled for 3-hours to get new stay.
