hotel location perfect but road is very pathetic you have to walk around 2km in narrow gali staff service is average

The hotel is located on top of Ghat so reaching the hotel in itself is a huddle. It was super difficult to reach there with my bags walking. There is no other way to reach the hotel except by walking at least 1 KM either on narrow streets or on ups and down of Ghats. Imagine doing that with all your luggage. Common washrooms were tiny and I could barely sit inside. The only plus point is that the hotel has a stunning view of River Ganges and that makes up for almost everything

If you are coming for Dev Deepawali, probably this is the best property in Varanasi. It's just beside the Meer Ghat and Fire Cracker show is best visible from its balcony. Even if you are not booking their best room, it can be seen from their balcony and cafeteria. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Inhouse restaurants have good vegetarian options. Room service is quick and staff are well behaved. This is our second stay here. Will visit again.

Location of Alka at meer ghat is practically very good and restaurant food quality is good, but not provided exhaust fan in bathroom. No hand sanitizer provided though there is provition for that. Electric cattle with tea kit was not provided in room, which was expected at high rated room. Insufficient room and service boy noticed at property. Intercom service like tele phone was out of service in absence of which difficult to communicate.

The shared bathroom is very small and not worth.

Very bad experience for Alka hotel  not good service  not good  cleaning room room is very small bed is very bad We booked a room for two days, but no room service came, and the next day our room was not cleaned either. Common toilet and bathroom very small and not clinic  -10 rating for hotel for hotel 

पहले तो सर्विस के नाम पर जीरो थी दूसरी बात। आप लोगों ने बड़ा टॉयलेट बताया था लेकिन आम टॉयलेट के फोटो देखे आपने,, टॉयलेट में आदमी बैठ भी नहीं पता इतना छोटा था हम लोगों ने दो दिन के लिए रूम रखा था एक एक भी बार होटल की ओर से कोई आफ्टर सर्विस देने के लिए नहीं आया नहीं पानी दिया, नहीं बेडशीट सेंड की बदली गई, बेड में सोने में भी ठीक नहीं था कंफर्ट नहीं था रूम की साइज भी कोई ठीक नहीं थी

Not worth as per the money, Staff did not even came to clean the room in 2 days.Blankets were smelling and had lot of dust Location was good but they did not clean the property in 2 days not even changed our bedding and there was lot of dust on balnkets

My stay was comfortable and peaceful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful. Location was convenient and the overall experience was great. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this area.

The property location is good, however approach is only on foot through narrow bylanes. Food is good but choice is limited.

Non Supportive Front Office staff, Greedy and Full Of Non Sense Behaviour, thus makes guest get irritated and makes comments out of control.

Room was not spacious but had a stunning view of the Ganges through two windows. Have a beautiful balcony in a premium view room. There is a in-house restaurant where veg foods are available. The food is tasty. One thing I want to bring to the notice of authorities, every boarder knows the check out time. There is no reason to remind it one hour before. Overall stay was pleasant and peaceful. I will prefer this hotel for stay.

Room service,food service and staff interaction was good but there is still some scope of improvement like keeping surroundings clean near the room and near the restaurant. please look into this issue

Everything was good Mode to reach could have be beeter or most part common bathrom which is the most important should mentioned as a special note It was too bed at hotel
