Amazing stay. Little far from main ghats and markets, but peaceful location.

The flat and rooms were good however the housekeeping staff/caretaker would just walk in unannounced at any time - sometimes not even ringing the bell in a couple of instances when we had just come back and were settling in! though the facilities mention that whatever assistance with cooking ware etc is required, would be made available but we did not get even a simple cooker despite asking multiple times! the basic amenities (soap napkins etc)for bathing were not available and had to ask a few times! we did not try any in house food option ( not sure if they actually had a facility to cook internally or were going to order from outside. Can add one more geyser facility in the other bathroom- especially when the house can facilitate 11 guests- with just 2 bathrooms and 1 geyser is not sufficient. Place is situated close to the main road and couple of food eatery options are available though we mostly ordered online or ate outside at the site we were visiting. 4. Property is pretty much at the main road in a busy street. We only stayed for a night. Rooms were small though neat- staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast options and food was good

Very good ambience and good flat for stay. The owners and caretakers were very helpful. The overall experience was amazing.

The property was good, actually very good. Good interior, clean bathroom, huge parking, well equipped kitchen with almost everything. But the problem rises when we had an electricity city. They have no backup for running the air conditioning, we couldn't slept the entire night

My family enjoyed the stay here. Rooms and spacious, washrooms are clean and the caretaker is very accommodating. It’s hardly 2 kms from railway station and reaching to assi ghat is very convenient from this place. Highly recommended if travel-ling with family.

Very good experience. Best part is the kitchen. They have fully setup kitchen. It is easy if you are travel-ling with kids and old parents and host amit is very supportive. If you ask anything he will make sure it will be there.

We booked the stay for 2 days. We reached the place by 3. 30 however, the room was not ready and the ac installation had just started, they asked us to keep our stuff somewhere and asked us to give an hour. So we went ahead and visited a few places and came back after dinner post 9pm. To our surprise the room was not yet ready and we had to wait with our parents for another hour! worst hospitality i have ever seen. Your check-in happening 10 hours after the actual check in time!
