The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and always available to assist with our requests,, who helped arrange our boat ride and morning aarti viewing. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the traditional architecture added to the authentic Varanasi charm. While the narrow alley leading to the entrance is typical of the old city, it's a minor trade-off for such an immersive experience. For those seeking a stay that truly connects them to the spiritual heart of the city, this is the perfect choice.

Beautiful view of ganga mama and excellent hospitality by the staff. Very peaceful too. All places to visit, are near by

Don't book the hotel by just seeing the photos. They don't have any cook available and also they denied to provide gst bill.

The package included breakfast, however the hotel didn't have a chef. The breakfast was prepared by part-timer. The quality was not good

The experience was very very poor. The staffs are not supportive at all especially the one sitting at the reception. Restaurant is not there but they will tell you it is there. Location is also very inside and it is in a dirty surrounding. The staff will give you the room much after the check in time and will repeatedly ask you to leave the room much before the check out time. The sheets are dirty. The shower gel and shampoo dispenser are just for show. It is of no use, the towels are dirty and they will not even change it after asking. I travel-led with my parents and had a horrible experience.

Nestled along the sacred ganga, this property is located right on the ghat, which gave us a breathtaking panorama of the river. The impeccable hospitality of our hosts, raja and kundan, elevated our experience, culminating in a thoughtfully arranged special breakfast that added a delightful touch to our stay.

Very nice hotel, hotel staff's behavior is so nice. Accommodation is peaceful.

No hospitality at all. No food. If you guys need better experience. Book a 1000 room instead in any hotel. I am sure you will get better facilities.

The rooms were good. The service was very poor. Ac was not working properly for a whole day. Tv was not working and it was not even repaired even after repeated complaints. Shaving kit was asked and they said that it will be given shortly but it did not came the whole day. When asked again the next day they told that it's not included the complimentary services. This could have been communicated the previous day itself so that i could arrange from elsewhere. The food in the restaurant was also not up to the mark and the service there also was dissapointing.

I have already mentioned all the problems in another review here. This stay was a very bad experience and am not exaggerating.

I was travel-ling with family including 80 year old mother. We spent over for a 3 night stay expecting a premium. We were up for a shock. From the start it was a bad experience. We were offered a room in another hotel as room was under maintenance. After fight we got room after 2 hrs of checkin time and 4 hrs of waiting. Room had non functional ac and no tv. There was no bin, no soap. Electricity wasn't there most of the time and no backup except a fan. Not even charging points were on backup. Water on taps were like a 2 year old peeing. There was no good at hotel and that was kept secret. Day 1 order was taken and after 15 mins informed that they can't gv as kitchen is under maintenance. Next day food came 2 hrs after order and after 4 reminders as the hotel boy went somewhere and got the food for us from a local roadside restaurant. Tea was ordered once with confirmation that it would be in house but came after 3 hrs after reminder. There was no first aid in the hotel as we asked for a bandaid. No room cleaning at all in 3 days. Cutlery left outside room stayed for 2 days inspire of their people coming and going. Paid water was always in form of ice. The problem is the owner who wants to rob its customers. He has not put people or facilities. Just gimmick on mat and other places. U can't run a hotel on a website. Only good was the guy arif who struggled to help us as much as possible but not without misses. It was a problem with all other occupants. 1 nit we cudnt sleep as one guest was so passed off that he threatened to damage the property. One of the worst experiences. Anybody planning can throw the money in holy ganges. May b some punya instead of staying here. I can go on and on but doesn't matter.

Executive rooms are the best here. You can watch the sunrise right from the balcony of your room. Parking space is quite decent. You can get to rent a boat for boat ride right from the hotel.

Had a lovely experience over there, the hotel is situated near assi ghat & my room was so aesthetic and comfortable a complete view of ganga was visible. The only problem was a slow room service.

There was no shower gel in the washroom even i asked for it and they did not do anything for it, there was no milk powder in the room i asked the manager rajneesh he said its out of stock, there was no electric cattle in the room, i asked and they never sent. Mr. Disturbed us multiple time for feedback, and he said write in the review that he is very helpful.

Extremely poor service. Location is good but river view balcony rooms are useless. Balcony size is very small and river view is possible from corner. No toiletries, no shaving kit, no toothbrush. One towel was provided after multiple requests. For food you have to rely on swiggy zomato.

Small size hotel just opp. Ravidas ghat. Alkananda cruise starts from there only food was ok not much varieties overall pleasant stay
