pleasant stay. good staff. Rooms are clean. AC are working fine. Location is most suitable for Temple Darshan and Ghat.

The hotel is very near to the top locations. very near to Kashi Vishwanathji temple. Ganga aarti is just 800 m away. budget friendly hotel. offer us only 1 bottle water in hotel. they should offer st lrast 2 bottles.

Parking not available but they have mentioned it . Single socket available in the delux room Staff is good but the owner is very unprofessional and rude

Rooms were very small. Not worth, too expensive

The room are little small to call as deluxe or medium sized. The air ventilation is horrible. The staff is supportive and changed our room when air condition dint work on the first day.

Never visit this property . Owner is least bothered about the services . Never going to refer this hotel to anyone

Hotel Ashoka Ganges, Varanasi is an average category Hotel. The main USP of this hotel is Location. It has a prime location , walking distance from Ganga Ghats and Viswanath Temple. The facilities are really so-so..Not any extraordinary.Rater no facilities is there. The food is Worst.They don't have dine in facility. Only room delivery. The Room service is totally bogus. On one is there to hear you.To get a bottle of water you must go to downstairs to get it.

Location of property is good .There is no Restaurant.There is no locker facility.Electric kettle is provided but tea bags, coffee pouch and creamer is not provided.Travel desk is good.Staff is good .

I booked this hotel as it was very near to temple...my bad...I should have booked hotel in Cantonment area...better rooms in same price...just 3km from temple....very bad experience...Bad rooms bad staff bad management Rooms were very small. There's no almirah/wardrobe to keep your clothes. There was no place in the room to even keep your luggage properly. Washroom was too small, dirty and damp.

Hello The property is an average one with very small rooms. The main advantage of this property is the prime location and also it has lift facility. In terms of food it's not worth having food in this property as they don't have dedicated restaurant nor a wide spread of menus to offer..... I paid a huge rate for the 4 bed rooms which I would say is not that worth only for the location....

Location- okay but entry is not good passing by road NALI , steps there but no ramp for senior people. Food- No restaurant functioning. Horrible tea at double charges supplied from out side. Amenities- Nothing exciting or any to report. Though staff is polite but training required.

Hygeine is not maintain in washrooms and room. Beds not upto the mark. Area difficult to reach. Overall below average hotel.

For me hotel location was the only positive thing , other all aspects were negative. used towels were in room, hairs spread on floor etc. food taste was pathetic , tea was also very bad, seemed they boiled it multiple times and served many times. I personally felt staff behaviour was not professional even persons sitting on reception. Totally Arrogant. in this price better options are available in Varanasi with good brands hotels.
