I searched for a Hotel with two basic filters i.e. one near BHU and secondly with parking, but this Hotel starts from the second floor of the building with just about eighteen foot opening on the road in which only one car can be parked. The room was spacious but the bathroom made me feel uneasy. Above all they didn't have any fridge for essentials like if someone is traveling with Insulin like. Hotel staff was courteous and room service was OK. ๐

Excellent Stay
Excellent Service and Hospitality! I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was extremely professional and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Personally Deep Narayan Dubey has given me excellent service and he also gave me guidance for my trip. Housekeeping kept my room spotless every day, and the room service was always prompt and courteous. What stood out most was how every staff member went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Their attention to detail and personal touch truly made a difference. Special thanks to [insert name if you want] for going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Itโs rare to see such dedication and kindness these days. Property is good but the facility mentioned by the Hotel is not updating to the mark. I have booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child. Only a double bed is provided by them. I have double checked before booking for those numbers of occupancy.

accommodation was good but food was not good and service is also poor and time taking .......we ordered tea only but kichen send without sugar tea and next time also ordered tea in the morning they send after 45 min .

Terrible Stay
I did not feel welcomed during my stay. The overall attitude, especially from the restaurant owner, was quite uninviting. While the hotel reception in the morning was decent, the staff serving breakfast were particularly rude. The experience lacked the warmth and hospitality one would expect as a guest.

Stay away if you can
You better stay at road instead of this property. Terribly unhygienic and located at second floor in crowded areas. Traffic noice won't let you sleep while night and at ground floor there is always people gathered for some business. Stay away if u can

Decent stay
soloDay 1 the stay was awesome, but day 2 was miserable. Overall the stay was ok. Day 1 the food was nice second day the food was cold n bland.

Value of money, clean room, washroom & linen. Hospitality is above to the mark. Polite & professional behaviour of staff. Location are also good. One thing which is negative the noise of coming till late night and early morning. Room should provisions of noise reduction.

stayed in room no 230 for 2 nights. unlike a professional hotel. wanted tea early morning , at 6am, but kitchen was not open. also, no tea making facility in the room. flush was defective. had to use bucket to flush. not repaired even after complaint. not a very satisfying experience. ๐

Terrible Stay
Cleanliness was not there. The rooms were very congested. They include breakfast but you need to go to the 6th floor because they don't serve in the room. Overall the worst experience.
