Would recommend if you are a budget traveller with low expectations..
The property location is inside the main road and parking is an issue. The rooms had basic amenities (AC, Tea / Coffee Maker, TV, Mini Fridge).. The TV was non functional in one of the room and there was no Mini fridge.. The check in experience was not pleasant as we had booked 2 deluxe room with extra bed but the room did not have any space of any extra bed.. They charged us 1K (they demanded amount).. This should be taken care by the management.. The food quality was excellent and will 5 star..

Also you booked our 2 deluxe rooms which has space for a extra mattress but because of your mattress issue we provided you room upgrade from 2 deluxe rooms to 2 family rooms so that all your guests can get proper beds and in total we only charged Rs. 1000 extra for 4 nights stay for 2 upgraded rooms. We have our personal parking ground where your car was getting parked. Once again thanks for your reviews and we'll definitely works on such things to improve our guests experience.

The hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean.The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it!"

experience was ok service is so slow and dumb not interested in serving... you have to call thrice for water bottle also

The Property is New and very clean, the staffs were very responsive, The owner was present at the time of our check in he was very polite and humble. I would recommend everyone and even my all relatives to stay at Hotel Deep Palace when travelling to Varanasi.
