Very good stay , at good and comfortable location, staff is very very good and polite extremely helpful, excellent property to stay to Banaras and capture all the famous locations

One of the tiniest washroom. No restaurant. Room was not ready at decided time. Blanket did not reach till evening. We had to request staff to bring snacks. Not upto mark.

The hotel is very near to the prime location. Front desk members are very helpful for the tourists Rooms were clean. Kashi vishwanath temple is in walkable distance and all good restaurants are available near to this property. overall Good

The hotel is very conveniently located. Dasashwamedh, Rajendra Prasad and Darbhanga ghats are at a walking distance. Gowdliya Chauraha (nerve centre of Varanasi) and Kashi Vishwanath temple all are within walking distance. At the same time this property is tucked into a little lane so you get relief from the infamous honking traffic. Staff is very helpful and prompt.

Location is very good and staff are also good. But the rooms were not wrll maintained and bathroom basin had leakage.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Booked deluxe room but there were very small rooms in deluxe and smelly..requested for super deluxe room by paying extra money..property closed to Kashi Vishvanath temple and all ghats in varanasi..approachable property..overall good experience

Bathroom is very small for letrin, they didn't changed the bedsheet for 3 days stay even after requesting in reception because they don't have personal laundry, also they don't have extra towels ready. The service is not at good. Also they don't have own cleaning staff. I will not recommend for this hotel to any one .

Tip for solo traveler please don’t book a bed in dorms just don’t no privacy situated in lobby near reception.

Stay was very comfortable and near to all the places where one wants to visit in kashi. Hotel management is very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the stay and looking ahead to book again for next visit.
