Very disappointing service. Very bad stay safety and hygiene maintenance. No recommendations to other.

no attention to customer terrible service no wifi , only one toilet which is attach , weird smell in toilet ,

Location good, food not available at this property, cleanliness, hospitality , service and other facilities is very poor no one is available for service, I think some where is not doing his responsibility properly

nobody is there in reception dirty rooms dirty pillow nobody is to take care of beds Room booked through MMT they won't bother . Actually no one there we need to sleep like Railway Platforms. MMT should not recognise them...

no bed is provided as it is already provided to other person they said this is not their fault mistake of make my trip they provide more booking than capacity

Unhygienic place rats were running on floor

washroom was too small and dirty. flush was not working. please ensure good hotels through your App. we trust your brand as we do not visit hotel before booking.

Location is good, bathroom maintenance is really bad, locker give was very small and lock was to be purchased by oneself

Very very bad Misbehaved In description there is a single woman not allowed but as per the owner no female is allowed and also not a proper facility for females. The owner is playing with words to attract tourists. No reception at the place and neither welcome staff.

For heaven's sake, please please please avoid this place/hostel/dormitory or whatever you want to call this place. This actually isn't a dormitory but a tailor shop which is been split into two rooms having a common washroom used both by the guests as well as the tailors. To make things worse, for the entirety of the day, you'll have the sound of sewing machine piercing your ear drums and then to make matters even worse, the tailors cook their own food in their rooms, smell of which revolves inside the guest room. There's no facility for drinking water. The caretaker doesn't clean the room every morning. The blankets used by one guest are passed on to the other without washing them first. Blankets and bedsheets both carry stains. It says couples not allowed in the t&c but then they invite couples for stay making the lady completely uncomfortable. The room is a total disaster if not less. No proper allocation of beds and anyone sleeps anywhere.

no reception, no new bedsheet and blanket, mosquito ridden. didn't have good sleep. so next time may be a better option I'll find.

I would suggest, only stay if you are alone or a bachelor ( male )

Room was goos and under budget

The room is below average so it depends on the rate it has been booked if you get with 250 rs then its acceptable or else go for some another place. Moreover beside the dormitory some tailor stays who uses the same bathroom as the one used by the guests

1. Bed and blanket were clean, 2. Floor and wash room should have been more cleaner, 3. Caretaker was very nice and polite person. 4. Drinking water facility was very good. 5. Although owner is very polite lady and available on call to help but better if there is someone actively available because that is very silent guest room Little bit more promotion is required as i feel. Just a suggestion. Overall it was nice experience

Good in budget but it will need improvement like clean basin otherwise bed are good and bathroom good as like as budget.

Nice place. Clean area. Mattresses and blankets are also clean. This place is far away from crowded place therefore it is good for stay

I've cleaned my own bed they didn't changed my bed for 15 nights he said not to use ac, geaser worst thing is water purifier didn't worked so he said me to drink tap water. Same wash room is used by workers beside hostel. No cleaned toilet or wash basen

It was a great trip to varanasi the check in staff is so polite and kind he makes everything work systematically

The dormitory was awesome. The stay is good and is nearby to main kashi vishwanath temple and some other ghats. Accessible to the luxa main road. Overall stay is good. And service is also nice
