This property is not ready for occupation. In a corner of a residential area, the hotel has no reception. A dingy dark unlit area has a table that acts as a reception. after walking up the stairs with our luggage, we were surprised to enter a room with hanging electric wires, damp washroom walls. A lizard happily kept creeping in thru a hole on the wall. The bathroom didn't have a mirror....had to skip my shaving. Avoid this place at any cost...they made their millions during the Mahakumbh time.

familyI have booked these hotel for 2 nights with 12 Persons and 4 Rooms , but whenever reach hotel for check in , hotel manager says I have No Rooms in this hotel , you have shifted to another property . After shifted from these property to Shiva Grand . Shiva Grand hotel manager not provide any service like Blanked not available for all members , geyser not working , TV not working , Breakfast not provided which included in this package , Poor Cleaning , Misbehave every time by hotel Staff and Manager , Only Two Rooms provided for 12 Members with 4 Blanket , Fan not working , Led light not working , Terrible and Worst experience face first time by Booking , Please Do not Book these Hotel . Thank You
