Review Of Super Hotel O SHIVA VALLEY HOTEL

This property is not ready for occupation. In a corner of a residential area, the hotel has no reception. A dingy dark unlit area has a table that acts as a reception. after walking up the stairs with our luggage, we were surprised to enter a room with hanging electric wires, damp washroom walls. A lizard happily kept creeping in thru a hole on the wall. The bathroom didn't have a mirror....had to skip my shaving. Avoid this place at any cost...they made their millions during the Mahakumbh time.

I have booked these hotel for 2 nights with 12 Persons and 4 Rooms , but whenever reach hotel for check in , hotel manager says I have No Rooms in this hotel , you have shifted to another property . After shifted from these property to Shiva Grand . Shiva Grand hotel manager not provide any service like Blanked not available for all members , geyser not working , TV not working , Breakfast not provided which included in this package , Poor Cleaning , Misbehave every time by hotel Staff and Manager , Only Two Rooms provided for 12 Members with 4 Blanket , Fan not working , Led light not working , Terrible and Worst experience face first time by Booking , Please Do not Book these Hotel . Thank You

they are demanding more money, and didn't give any Brakefast, but I paid for it and they are telling me no room available, but my booking was confirmed

Very pathetic hotel. No amenities. No parking, no fooding, no cleanliness in room. Foul smell in rooms. No mirror in bathroom

There were no fresh towels, no mirror in the room, not even proper hangers in the washroom nor water it wasn't that comfortable

This place is just fantastic cozy room, clean bathroom. The staff was helpful.
