My stay at IR Luxuria was highly disappointing and fell far below basic hospitality standards.
While I understand that early check-in may not always be possible, the way guests are welcomed matters greatly. Unfortunately, the staff made no effort to provide a proper reception. On arrival, we were simply told various rules, and when I requested to rest in the lobby, there was no seating available as people were sleeping on the sofas. The staff member who escorted us inside did not even offer us a place to sit, and we eventually had to wait outside.
In terms of room facilities:
The AC was functional but provided very little cooling.
Despite booking for two guests, only one towel was provided.
Hygiene standards were very poor; I would rate them 2/10. The bedsheet provided was half torn.
Dining services were equally unsatisfactory:
Breakfast was scheduled between 8:00–9:00 am but was only available after 9:00 am.
When I requested tea, it was served after 30 minutes, with the explanation that the chef was still asleep.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the receptionist, who was polite and professional.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I would not consider staying at this property again unless significant improvements are made in both service and facilities.
