Review Of Irroi Guwahati

I had to stay for a night due to an emergency, so while searching I got the option of IRROI on the same day. I took the 25 sq. m room and it was a great night. All the rooms had a common area and the bigger rooms have a small balcony. Please note that there are no TV screens, if you need that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Ac service was not done so after few hoursvof running ac does not work and water and basic needs are not available..bathrooms are good place is good parking good

The condition of the hotel is super good. I had also not found any mosquito or insect inside at the hotel at such a very low price…the lobby of the hotel is just good. The only cons was that the hotel doesn’t contain any restaurant facility.

Well discipline maintain at rooms. Found hygienic conditions, well decorated at outdoor also. Place should be nearest from market areas.

Please consider setting up a dining hall in the hotel, as it is quite inconvenient to go to the underbridge for meals. It would be especially helpful for a quick snack in the morning or a late dinner.

The location was very bad, also the washroom had some issues, there was a water spillage or something.

The amenities were average, with some notable shortcomings—like a missing work desk in the room and a non-functional geyser, which led to an inconvenient cold shower early in the morning. The Wi-Fi password provided in the room on a card was incorrect, and I had to visit the reception to get the updated one. The cleanliness was acceptable, but it could have been better. Overall, the hotel provided decent value for the price, but I would say it’s not outstanding. I might recommend it to some, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

My check-in was cancel-led and scheduled to the next day without any intimation. They did not even inform me and i got to know only after i reached the premises. Didn't even bother to help me search for an alternate place of stay. Had to call mm t to find a new place and the mm t agent finally allocated a new place after putting me on hold for almost half an hour. The new place was far from my original location.
