The stay was comfortable and the property was clean with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, the geyser water was only warm, not properly hot, which was a bit inconvenient. The food quality was good, but there should be more variety in the menu. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Average Stay
Property in not on main road. Quite difficult to find out first time. Dinner not available after 10:00 pm. In included dinner package they just provide limited foods like dal, Chawal, one panner sabji & roti that's it. No any desert or sweet item available. In room service no any sleepers, no any dental kit, no any shaving kit and body lotion kit provided.

Pathetic Service
Hotel located in good location but service and security is becomes pathetic, preferring this one only since this is located in prime area and easy for access

Average Stay
The hotel is a 3-star one, as opposed to 4-star mentioned on the app. Please correct it to avoid misguidance. The hotel was old, I was given 2 single beds instead of 1 double, there were no tissues, iron board or iron, no hair dryer, the set-top box had no working channels, the AC remote did not work. The location is opposite to cyber city, Ericsson building, in X-block exactly.

Terrible Stay
We had an unpleasant experience during our recent stay. The room given to us initially had a non-functional AC. Despite raising a complaint, the executive kept trying to convince us that the cooling would start in 15–20 minutes. However, even after waiting for 30 minutes, there was no improvement, and we were finally offered a different room. Unfortunately, the new room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a better level of service and room readiness, especially after raising concerns. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of service and maintenance.

Lodge at unreasonably manipulated ratings
Highly overpriced. No water bottle, you need to be on RO water dispenser to fill your own bottles, poor quality linens, inconvenient approach, non courteous staff, unhygienic toilets, very old mattress with poor shape.

Low budget, Great location
its a basic low budget hotel, justifies its price. with basic amenities like working lights, fan, Ac and lift, hot water, this suffice your basic purpose of staying in heart of cyberhub. dont expect fancy amenities like body wash or shoe shiners. the breakfast buffet have 2-3 dishes which they keep refilling every 10-15 minute once they finish

its not as visible in pictures while booking so basically expectation mismatch staff was very good, but lacked property maintainence, food spread and quality, taste overall not worth the price asked

Comfortable and cosy😁
My short stay in the property was quite comfortable😁 cosy. Location wise well connected to all the places. Amenities and services are excellent 👍. Hotel Staffs are disciplined.

not a nice place anymor
i have been a regular guest of Inde hotel. but it's room furnishings, amenities and service quality has steeply deteriorated . no tmc items no towels smelling with intolerable smoking odour. lift was breaking down multiple times tv was not working. no response to complaints

Poor Stay
The lock of the room was not working and the attendent and their people said " sir adjust kar lo hotel full hai" it was 11:30 at night. Embarassing to me as I booked the room for my female junior colleague. They do not have door mats, floor walkway has cigarette smell and also they haven't kept tooth brush & paste in the room. Dogs keep on howling during the night. You can smell the stench of moisture in rooms. I had very bad experience as I was returning from conference. they even do not have cold water.

"Worst Stay Ever – Not a Hotel, Just a Nightmare Lodge"
Review of My Stay (Absolutely Horrible Experience) First of all, calling this place a “hotel” would be foolish — it’s nothing more than a shabby lodge pretending to be a hotel. The rooms are in terrible condition with dim lights and filthy toilets that look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The staff service is painfully slow. They even changed my room once, but the problems remained the same. The main door lock wasn’t working, and every time I had to go out, I had to call someone to open or close it for me — an absolute nightmare. Overall, it was a very tough and unpleasant stay. I would never suggest anyone to go there. Honestly, you’d be better off sleeping on the roads than staying in this so-called hotel.

overpriced place with poor servic
room is ok but service is bad, you have to keep bagging for room cleanup but everyone ignores it conveniently. power cuts are a big issue during my stay, I have seen people going down using stairs to pick up their zomato orders and coming back from stairs because the lift wasn't working. food quality and taste is bad in terms of delhi food. NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY DEAL
