awesome views poor maintenance
The property is amazing, awesome location with superb views and the design of the property is also great. The property has been made with a lot of passion but the property needs maintenance. The lights in the washroom were broken and one could see the wires hanging, the room had seepage and one could see the damp patches on the wall, food was average but the staff was very courteous.

Excellent Stay
Location is best if your motive is to visit kasar devi. It is nearest and the best. Rooms and view from room is excellent. Only some wooden planks and railings in the balcony are old and need maintenance. Food is good and provided Jain food on demand

the location and the view was unmatched, more beautiful than anything I have ever seen, the staff was very courteous, food was good too, we will come back for sure

Average Stay
They don’t allow vehicle to be parked in hotel premises at present this hotel is under renovation rooms are in depleted condition they even don’t provide basic things in room you have to keep asking every time kitchen in not working fully whatever you ask they don’t have, overall experience is poor.

kasar devi, Almora visit for 2 day
it was a 2 day visit to kasar devi,Almora. stayed at Imperial heights and the stay was very good. though there was renovation work going on there but still it was a pleasant stay. awesome views and great food I can say. very good staff and services. would have given a 5 🌟 if the renovation work was already completed. love to visit again 😊

Best valley view resort in binsar near kasar dev
familyThis place is one of the best locations in binsar. place is 900 meters away from kasar devi, you can literally hear the temple bells. Hotel owner and Prashant ji are very cooperative and helpful, they have maintained the property very well and are always helpful in providing the best possible help.

Delightful experience
familyThe location of the resort is excellent. The interior is also beautifully maintained. Some construction was going on when he had gone there; but the remaining part, which houses the rooms was quite good. The food was out of the world and the staff was more than willing to accomodate the requests. Room size for both categories was spacious. Each mountain view room had a lot of privacy, which made the stay very serene. Local tourism spots are very close by. Would love to go again!

Good property with average management.
Location is awesome. Big property. Big and spacious rooms. Food was not good. Also, tandoor was not working. Very less lights inside rooms. Windows are quite good and valley view from rooms are awesome. Service was very slow. Intercom was not working. Prashant(manager) was very helpful.

Excellent property
Its a very nice property just near kesar devi temple. Location of the hotel is excellent just on the main road which is very rare on hills if it is a large property. Ample parking space, so no worries for self driving. Views from the hotel were amazing, specially the sun-set. Food was good. Resort manager and staffs were very polite and professional. Overall a very nice stay.

Good hotel in Binsar
I went there in March'24. Location is ok - facing the valley, would have been better had it been on the front side -- facing the mountain peaks. The King and Queen interconnected twin double room was really good. 😍 Food is very good - slightly on the higher side. Service is excellent 👌 - specially Property Manager Mr. Prashant Pandey was very helpful. Only disappointment was the unavailability of the restaurant - being under renovation. Also suggest them to accept payment by credit cards for the convenience of the customers. Overall the experience was very good and I happily recommend it for people looking for good accommodation in Binsar.

Excellent stay
We booked this property for 2 nights, the view from the room was just awesome. Very nice and spacious property with awesome view of hills. The staff was very supportive and cooperative. Food quality and taste was also very good. Service and hospitality was very nice.
