We booked from MMT and pool view room in practical no pool view room available , ground floor rooms are damp no sun rays comes inside 7 food quality , room service good but foods are over priced . Actually this property it's very dirty. Not maintaining properly.they are taking fully advantage of no restaurant nearby. 5pics potato and onion 250 rs . Simple tea is more than 100 rs .. is it justified? Tv is not working. Everything is pathetic

I made full payment while booking the hotel for 2 night stay but when we contacted the hotel authority in the mobile no given in the booking confirmation, it was found switched off. Then we contacted the hotel authority through other no found on their website. The hotel authority flatly denied our booking and stated that no booking was made. After lot of persuasion and hot discussion they agreed to honour our booking there. Meanwhile we were harrassed a lot and it was really bad instance where we were put to difficulty without any fault from our end. It is emphatically stated that your business agreement or policy with such hotels will definitely defame you and your reputation will be hampered. You must take up all these issues with all your enlisted hotels.

I loved the stay here. The only issue that I did not like was the tap in the bathroom which was not working properly. The room was nice. But it cost quite a lot more if you book it online.

Worst experience from makemytrip They dint even book the hotel and on the day our journey they gave another hotel to stay which was too bad. I have called to MMT and then they told that the hotel was not booked .. Makemytrip ruined our trip
