Poor camp, staff behaviour is very rude, food quality is very bad, horrible, waste of money, darty room bed sheet not seen pillow not shown

Food quality was terrible. Too much stray dogs. Rooms were average except that the location is wonderful. Had a great time

Food quality is very worst. Stray dogs always gathers inside the kitchen. Staffs are not upto date. Pl. Never recommend the spot to any body.

Overall a good weekend break. Quite peaceful. Staff is okay. Facilities are satisfactory. Washroom could have been better.

The experience is truly serene. It's located a km before the main bakkhali beach where most of the hotels are cramped. It will be best if you stay here with your own mode of transport (they do have open parking within the premises. The staff is attentive and will try to provide resolutions to the best of their abilities. The tents are clean and cleaned regularly. The staff did inquire if we would like to get our tent cleaned on the second day of our stay. The suite bathrooms were clean although a little small (but you can't expect more from a tent. Bonus, it has a small pine tree forest where you can click noice photos.

The tents were not clean enough. It's a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The dining area is dingy and not upto the mark. Overall, this property is not well maintained at all. The food was way below average. I have no idea how they are charging this whopping amount for such a meal! the positive aspects about this place are its location and probably the staff behaviour.

I found this luxurious tent hotel in make my trip and it was amazing experience and the place was also good and silence and in the back side of park there is beach

The location is ideal for persons who prefer a quiet, serene atmosphere. The tents are good with proper air-conditioning (i booked an ac tent) and attached bathrooms are having geysers for hot water. The sea beach is a 2 minutes walk from the facility but needs to be developed by the municipality (as against main sea beach near balutot hotel of the wb govt - which is developed, but the sea is located about 1km from the start of the beach. If the service is improved, it may get "excellent" reviews.

Very bad

The place is average with poor food. Toilets don’t work. Tents are torn and bed sheets, pillows and towels are dirty. No toiletries were provided with including soap. There is no privacy between the tents. No activity or games possible. Only good thing about the place is the people working their who are friendly and nice.

We went there as a family of three. Plus points: staff Kushal was polite and active. they gave us an attached bathroom. Negative points: AC was not working most of the time. The tent was too small for three adults. The bathroom was waterlogged most of the time. Power cuts and/or interruptions were there. The bathroom taps was dripping all the time. The kitchen was ill equipped without necessary gazettes and food was very slow in coming. The cost was too high against service availability and property. A very loud crowd with bad language, outside alcohol parties were there as visitors. Shouting all the time at the top of their voices and using foul language. Can hear everything from the tent next to us too. Plus: has a stretch of sea just outside. Has a children's park inside. Has lots of ঝাউ গাছ

I was quite a nice experience. The whole facility is still growing and i hope it will do good in upcoming future. Property location is its usp but i think they should hire more professional stuff to this place.

I went to celebrate with my whole family, comprising 6 adults and 2 babies on last week of september. The property is great and is very well maintained. We were greeted with a warm smile. The swiss tents are very good and attached washrooms are lavish. The food at the restaurant is great. The most noteworthy point is when i requested the hotel to prepare some food for my 1 year old baby, they accepted at once. The khichdi which was served, was liked by my son and it felt great. All the amenities are well maintained; be it the jha forest or the child game zone. The adjacent beach is serene and almost virgin and watching sunset from there is must. You can have live in a nutshell, highly recommended for people who want to spend a day or two, without the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.

Quality of service was poor. Due to rain the driveway was slushy and there is no proper arrangement for car parking. They changed 400- extra for the ac while at the time of booking there was no option for ac/non ac in the swiss tent. Food quality was not good. Cold meals were served. There was no morning tea served. Tea was served in small paper cups along with breakfast at 10 am. Breakfast quantity was very limited. The resort is managed by local population and there is no professional management at the site.

The weekend trip was good and refreshing as the campsite was right in the middle of a birch forest beside a beach on the Bay of Bengal, though the was not directly visible from the tents. The property was quite new and not very well organised. The individual camps were OK, with AC, TV, attached bath etc., except that at least 3 free power outlet sockets are very much needed within the sleeping tent in today’s scenario, for – Laptop/Mobile/other gadgets and also for mosquito-repellent which is a must for an outdoor site. The food preparation was excellent but lacked variety as the cook was a local lady and she seemed to be conversant with Bengali cuisine only. There were other small issues of improper or little knowledge of the use of crockery/cutlery and the attending boys should be given necessary coaching. The addition of the following facilities will greatly improve the attraction of the property – A car parking area, a large lounging area and a children’s play area.

It was quite a nice experience to live in a tent. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

It was quite a different experience. But everything was well managed. All staffs are very helpful & cooperative
