Excellent Stay
Location is excellent. The property is on road. Adjacent to shopprix mall. Close to metro station also. Food is very nice. But dominos, burger king and kfc outlets are also at a 2 mins walking distance. Rooms clean n good. Only they were very particular about check out time!

1. Location, the property location was excellent, it was situated supertech shopprix mall, just a short walk from metro station. 2. Food: food was average with limited options but well prepared meals. 3. amenities: amenities were clean and well maintained. I made use of the lift, 4. service: the staff were professional, and always ready to help. check in were smooth but check out is very slow process 5. cleanliness & comfort: room was clean and well kept, but the bed was not very comfortable. it felt a bit hard and that affected my sleep slightly. otherwise, everything else in the room was fine and functional.

Great rooms with improvable service
The location is good, near a mall and near metro stations. Service was good. Value for money with respect to the rooms available having pretty much all that you expect. 1 thing which can be improved is the number of complimentary water bottles; since 2 guests are staying, 2 bottles should be given, but we were given only 1.

Needs proper maintenance and upkeep.
The flush was not working in our room. We had booked a suite. The water drainage in room was very bad. Rest was okay.

Had a comfortable stay.
Was there for 3 days due to a college exam. It was a comfortable stay. All the basic amenities were there like tea/coffee and water in room. In room dining was also good. Staffs behaviour was good and supportive. Location is good attached to Shoprix mall, just near to upcoming RRTS station.

coupleServices are poor. In the morning Hot water is available in wash room only after 5:30 am . To start Hot water request is tobe done first. For Room service many reminders has to be made.

property's location was good. services are ok. but food was bad and expensive. breakfast was average. they have buffet system in breakfast but services are too slow. there was no puri no tea no milk. they took a lot of time to bring the food. staff behavior was average .
