Property was not upto the mark even not deserve 3 star lift was not working restaurant only open till 10.30 breakfast was below average

Dear Sir ;As informed to you , there is some technical issue which is there in lift . And the last ordered that we take is 10:30 and restaurant work till 11:00 that's a standard working time in industry for a standalone hotel. And sorry for the breakfast variety we will improve soon .
