Very bad quality of rooms. Old furniture. Reception staff very rude. Air conditioning switches broken. Floor was wet when I entered room.

service and food are good . staff behavior is also good . neat and clean rooms well maintained and clean

The hotel's location was not good, it was around a residential colony with water logging at many places, parking was a challenge. As per mmt it says 'garden view' but the hotel doesn't even have a garden and i had a closed frosted window with no view in my room. The lobby had strong cigarette smell. I booked meal along with the booking, there was a separate, very basic menu, but the food was good and the ground staff were very good and helpful.

property was very good location and clean and staff is very helpful.they have good arrangements for driver . we appreciate all things.

It was all and all good staying there. The staff is very cooperative like the iron was not working they at once replace with the new one. Great hospitality.

The hotel staff and the hotel is amazing only down fall was late night weddings and parties, on two different occasions our sleep was disturbed at 03. 00 hours, hotel need to host the events but have a cut off time, music bears from the basement were heard 2 floors into our bedroom at midnight. Everything else was spot on.

Pillows were dirty and electric heater melted

One of worst experience. The staff was unhelpful. The toiletries provided were used and damaged causing health concerns. The restaurant staff was pushy and kept asking us to hurry up with the breakfast. There was only 1 person handling the complete section and clearly he was stressed about it. First and definitely the last stay with this hotel.

Location was good. Enough parking space for car. Good property. Food is also good. AC was not working properly that night.

The behaviour of hotel management & staff is very rude. I stayed 16 days here but the quality of the rooms is pathetic. After complaining several times that wi fi/ geyser ac is not working properly but it did not make any difference to them. I will not recommend any person to stay here.

Bathroom issue, parking issue, no person is available to bring your car. You have to carry your luggage from reception to road where car is parked.

Restaurant rate is too high, location is good, property is good, food is costly hence not ordered food from restaurant

Floor of the hotel is smelling like a the amount we are giving to this hotel, we can get good options like hotel harmony inn and many more, i personally suggest never stay in this hotel
