Hotel O Madhur Regency

Firstly Location on Google map is wrong, then when I went to reception he said he wants extra 365 rs because the price shown on Make My Trip, since I had already paid the amount I had to agree. bedsheet was bad toilet was dirty, a completely horrible experience

I was able to find the location using google map. I didn't have food there. Room was not properly cleaned.

They demanded more than the booking amount. And room, bedsheet and washrrom are so dirty, i suggest all who think to visit this hotel in future to not visit and never be book this hotel because the hotel owner demand extra money instead of already booked

even after booking Oyo hotel Madhur regency hotel was under OYO even I have called OYO customer care they too did not respond or gave the hotel details when I was not able to find the location in google maps and the management have denied for the room for the price which I booked for they have charged me extra 1000 as I reached hotel at 11pm on 4th night I have reported same as there was no resolution till 1am I have no other go to go out and search for any other hotel as it was late and I was new to this city very bad experience my booking I have ended paying 1699.

When i went for check in, the staff refused saying that they don't accept. They miss behaved with me and my family. Staff even lied about payment. After i called customer care, and after 2 hours of irritation and waiting, finally i checked in this hotel. Dont book this hotel

Not maintain like cleaning, maintenance of tap rusting, water leakage, window broken, smell in room etc

Hotel owner denied check in on the spot this is terrible. So please final everything before check in time to hotel owner. In my case issue was low tarrif

They first said come your room is ready and when we reached their they denied the check-in and asked for more money, the rooms were also in bad condition

Room was not clean, ac not working. Light was not work properly. Bathroom was not clean. Overall very bad service. Shop and shampoo not available in bathroom

I booked that hotel and also confirmed it with your helpline and after when i almost reaches there i think i should check again whether my booking is confirmed or not i asked again your helpline they told sir they have cancel-led your booking bzc they think amount which is showing on your app is low and they didn’t even consult with me and i got stuck in this situation and i’m searching there hotels in night just to stay. Worst experience

I went in hotel and found all the rooms already booked. so why my booking confirmed and also i made payment already but receptionist denied to pay my money back

No hygiene and there were rats everywhere. It was a nightmare for me and my family.

Beware of this worst pathetic hotel and its staff this is a bad place and hugely rotten. Please don't book this hotel if you really don't want to live in dirtiest hotel ever.

The location of the hotel on Google maps is wrong. MMT agent gave me the correct location. While check in the hotel manager asked me for extra money but that was resolved in 10 mins through MMT agent. Cleanliness is fine in the hotel. At least from other hotels in the Meerut. Hotel staff was very cooperative and nice people. Food was very costly and was not up to the mark as per the cost. Outside food is not allowed in the hotel. I would suggest to go out and eat. Overall it was good in that budget except the food. Better than other hotels I visited in Meerut.
