DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
This is not just a bad hotel — it's a complete nightmare. We arrived at Hotel HSquare with a confirmed booking, only to be made to wait for hours, from evening until 11 PM, while the staff kept lying to our faces saying, “your room will be ready in 5 minutes.”
That “5 minutes” turned into endless waiting. And then — at midnight — they denied us the room completely, shamelessly admitting that they gave our room to someone else who paid more.
We were left stranded, exhausted, and helpless. Things got so bad that we had no choice but to call the police in the middle of the night.
No apology. No refund. No responsibility. Just greed, unprofessionalism, and zero humanity.
We suffered mentally, emotionally, and physically. This is hands down the worst hotel experience imaginable.
Avoid Hotel HSquare at all costs. Your booking means nothing here — only money talks. If you don’t want to end up begging for a room or calling the police like we had to, STAY FAR AWAY.
