The room was spacious and good. The manager was polite and really helpful. However, there is no in-house kitchen which can be problematic for some.

The stay was good ... behaviour of staff is also good ....well behaved staff ...rooms were clean .....everything is just perfect

It was a really good experience, the hotel is located in a serene location with great views, yet in one of the prime locations in lokhandwala. The manager Floyd is very well spoken and well mannered, he helped in everything we asked. keep up the good work.

It's an excellent property for a couple of days stay. Rooms, clothes, beds and washrooms are neat and clean. I enjoyed the shower very much. Food is made available as per your order. Or we can order online. On the opposite side of the road it's a beautiful big size garden. One can enjoy a morning walk. oral I will read this property Star Plus

Had a great stay in the hotel...we stayed with Family. It's a best place for family and manager is so helpful. Highly suggested for family.

DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This is not just a bad hotel — it's a complete nightmare. We arrived at Hotel HSquare with a confirmed booking, only to be made to wait for hours, from evening until 11 PM, while the staff kept lying to our faces saying, “your room will be ready in 5 minutes.” That “5 minutes” turned into endless waiting. And then — at midnight — they denied us the room completely, shamelessly admitting that they gave our room to someone else who paid more. We were left stranded, exhausted, and helpless. Things got so bad that we had no choice but to call the police in the middle of the night. No apology. No refund. No responsibility. Just greed, unprofessionalism, and zero humanity. We suffered mentally, emotionally, and physically. This is hands down the worst hotel experience imaginable. Avoid Hotel HSquare at all costs. Your booking means nothing here — only money talks. If you don’t want to end up begging for a room or calling the police like we had to, STAY FAR AWAY.

The room was ok however the washroom was not upto the mark. There no inhouse kitchen but they do provide cutlery. The location is good. Overall it was good

Usually Bombay is always crowded, but the location of this awesome place called Hsquare hotel is calm and very quiet,hotel staff is amazing,rooms are very clean and quite big,cleanliness is their priority and i really felt like home,would recommend everyone to give it a try,you will simply love it.I would give 10 out of 10 for this place.

Not worth the price – disappointing experience Stayed here with family and was quite underwhelmed. While the staff was polite, it took a long time to get any help. There was no telephone in the room, so we had to Google the reception number just to reach out. The bathroom wasn’t in great condition either. For the price we paid, we’ve stayed at far better places. Wouldn’t recommend this one.
