I had an excellent experiance with hotel xaviers avenue. very good customer service and good food service. its a calm and quiet place. Thanks to all staff for the co-operation and i must choose xaviers avenue for next time also.

Excellent hospitality with polite, friendly staff always ready to help. Guests love the neat and clean rooms and great ambience throughout.The food generally receives praise, Overall, a comfortable place with a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The room was good, and they had numbers for everything like room service and all, but there was no phone in there to call the service. In the bathroom there were no basic amenities like soap, shmapoo brush or toothpaste. Also there was a tissue in the bathroom, which was molded

Rating: 1/5 i recently had the misfortune of staying at xaviers avenue hotel, nellimattom kothamangalam, and it was a thoroughly unprofessional and frustrating experience. The staff seemed completely uncoordinated and unhelpful, failing to even assist with carrying my luggage to my room. To make matters worse, the hotel's lift was out of order, forcing me to climb stairs. I was already under stress, as i had a critical national-level exam (neet-pg) to appear for the next day. The night was a disaster, with power failures occurring three times. And if that wasn't enough, the water supply in the bathroom stopped working in the morning, taking 30 minutes to be restored. To add insult to injury, i was charged rs 30 for a bottle of water that actually costs rs 20. Overall, my stay at xaviers avenue hotel was a nightmare, and i would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel needs to seriously work on its staff training, infrastructure, and basic services to justify its pricing.
