Staff was rude and there were soo many small cockroaches in the room and specially in the washroom, we paid extra 500 for earlier check and requested to provide balcony room, and room was available we have seen there people were checking out but he didn't give us that.

And you have also raised the issue of balcony room mam. We have only 4 front rooms in our hotel and they are all booked so that is the reason we could not provide you the front room.

We strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests, and we're saddened to learn that we failed to meet this standard during your stay. We will be conducting additional training sessions to reinforce the importance of courteous and respectful interactions with our guests.
Regarding the early check-in charges, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We do have policies in place regarding early check-ins to ensure that you can check on the gommt site and goibibo there were cleary written terms and conditions of early check in charge
