businessReception is ill managed. Power failure in the night. Morning, water supply got blocked, went down to reception at 7am to see unmanned front office! booked this hotel since it is very close to nearby nature spots, viz, anayadikuthu and thommankuthu& staying in better option in thodupuzha, you need to drive up to the waterfalls in vannappuram. Location wise vrindavan is good choice, but staying here is disappointment. Investors i think are focusing on the bar facility and grossly neglecting the tourists who stay here. Need thorough revamping of service.
