Pathetic hote
The room which was offered was not the actual room booked in the mm t app. On checking it was stated by hotel that this is all we can arrange and the hotel staff openly stated that the booking can be cancelled. As it was very late at night, i had no option but to stay in the hotel accepting the inferior services. Pls take strict action against such hotels and reply back. . 1
