Sir management is change now, after lockdown. We will back with hotel rooms neat and clean, and proper well behaved staff. So i really apologise for the previous bad stay/ experience in our hotel. In future we will provide you best facilities. Come and stay with us. Thanks
Pathetic, threatening experience
Firstly, the hotel room was terrible, the washroom taps were broken, no geyser. I felt These things were still tolerable until the time when I came back to my room after a short trip outside and found the room was open with the manager and 3 other people inside it. They had opened and got into my room without my permission and when I questioned them they said simply that Ma'am you know we have duplicate keys. Shameless staff. Won't recommend it to anybody.

The price was so high according to the room. But the staff members were so good.

Poor hygiene. Pest everywhere, noisy
Room, bed linen, sofa was dirty. Curtain never changed or washed since ages rats inside room, no toiletries, towels given when asked. Pathetic experience

Not a satisfactory experience
They don't even provide almirah for keeping my belongings. Room was very tiny.

Definitely can improve
Hotel location is good, spacious rooms, towels and hand wash wasn't provided. Those are basic things right.
