Horrible experience, even drinking water was not given, reception guy said to take water yourself from reception, no hot water in washroom, never going to recommend to book a hotel on mmt

Terrible Stay

Horrible experience for me staying at viva baga not worth for the money. Hi booking process is very long took too much time room is not clean there is dust everywhere there is a problem with the bathroom door tv is not working safety box is not provided they didn't even give one water bottle in the room which is very surprising for the amount they took

poor room service. a. c. was not upto mark. during our despite repeated to get a. c. repaired from 1st day the hotel owner was not serious for our problem and noting done. pl take up matter with the owner.

The hotel is not up to the mark. The staff members are not that friendly and helpful. Even there is not much space for parking. Only good part is it is near to baga beach. But will not recommend this hotel to my friends & family

You may take this hotel as a good choice for the budget travelers, as they do-not provide you with many things like toilet rolls, water bottle etc. So little bit difficult with family to stay here. However still if you are not getting anything near baga, this could be the good choice.

Location is good. There was no kitchen. Had to order eatables from outside. Even morning tea. Wi fi n net connection was weak. It is near to baga beach. Room was neat n clean.

Location is good, convenient to go anywhere, beach is near and the market also.
Only 1 liter water was provided for two persons in a pay which is too less.

Location of the hotel is very good. It's quite near for Baga beach and other restaurants. Its easy to locate the hotel. Good hotel to stay for 1-2 days if one is only looking for stay.
