Decent hotel decent price . Worth for money .. room service was good

seepage water is leaking in Weston toilet and it is exactly leaking on our head

Hotel location, cleanness are good but the person in reception and support staffs are very rude and the hospitality is very very worst. They don’t know how to treat the guest. If you are travelling with family don’t expect any help from them.

wife connection and TV not working but charged they are telling non acceptable reasons.our family very disappointed

Well. I would like to start with positive feedback. Hotel is located at the prime location next to Tirunelveli new bus stand which will help you to get easily to your various destination. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. I booked non ac room for cheaper option because I want to stay for one day. When I get there, I understand that all the non ac rooms are only in the third floor which is the top of the building. Tirunelveli is always hot place round the year. So, my room was very hot and I realised that I couldn’t sleep last night and I was forced to upgrade to a/c room I asked the receptionist and he told me that they have all the non a/ c rooms in the third floor which is fair enough for them but not for the customers. I paid only 957 rupees which I didn’t expect 3 star hotel experience. I really wondered that why this hotel is given 4 stars in some websites and I didn’t expect good customer service as well because the staff are not that educated or hospitality experience as well. They don’t even know how to operate the card machine. So, overall average experience from my point of view. Thanks.

Rooms are not clean with Mosq, Toilet is dirty as well. Not worth for paying for less ventilaated room.

We checked hotel by 09.45 pm and even at that time they kept us waiting for 25 min for one room to get ready ..Room didn’t had any thing including water towel or any thing which they served after our request ... pathetic front desk
