Very bad experience

Hotel didn't provide proper amenities, no cooling on ac, blankets not provided, unclean toilet, no proper key given to room, not working access card to open room, so unable to close the room, rat and cockroaches and ant in the toilet, bad smell from toilet, no hot water in room
