SRC Residency

No AC - AC managed by reception and it's ON for formalities but it doesn't work, they charge for AC, very very unhygienic place. restroom does not have locks. shower buckets is filled with filthy material and we had to clean it. towels and soap extra charges.

We shifted to 4 rooms within 2 days as they had lot of issues. Initially they gave us standard room later when i enquired about executive room then they accommodated us in the executive room. There was no tv so again they shifted us. Later, the toilet was stinking so they allocated another room. But they charged us extra money as we checked in at 9:45 pm on 18th nov and we paid 2k extra. Very bad experience. No wifi as well

Pleasant stay clean rooms and good room service, receptionist able to resolve all your queries. Best in the town

Good for normal stay but maintanance is need to be a excellent. Staff behaviour was little poor to approch.

Hotel reachable from railway station through cab/auto and in safe location for family

AC was giving too much noise all night while running. No hand towels in bathroom after handwash. Wi-Fi was not working. Wi-Fi was ON and OFF and unstable. Affected due to recent floods🎈in Tirunelveli. Not fully functional yet.

Will never stay here, room was dirty, linens. Bathroom taps were broken, mosquitos in the room etc. For the price they charge this is a horrible hotel

Location: it was a nice location and center of the city. Food: hotel is not providing food, they not even ready to provide water to the room, but we have more hotels outside the room service: no room services, tv was not working. Simply poor services
I have informed about the early check-in to the hotel management when i booked the tickets and the person who attended my call responded positively. Also, i mentioned i will check-out on the same day night itself and i just wanted a room for refreshing. But once i reached the hotel in the morning, person who was in the hotel didn't allowed me and make me to stay outside the hotel for 2 hours. I felt awkward staying in the road side for a long time that too in the mosquito bites.

The room was clean. The toilet and towel bed was also clean. And safe

Poor cleaning, dirty bed cover, dust table and chair, no drinking water, bad experience for me.

It was business trip room was normal location was good. Hotel services and cleanliness ok staff behavior was good. Overall it was an average stay. I would like to suggest to all.

I stay SRC hotel first-time. Room is very neat and clean. Room service also good. I refer my friends, this hotel.

Good hotel and location. Staffs are so friendly. Good for this price.

Room management so in good position, room and was room clarity and location also best.
