They told they cannot give me kettle and only applicable to superior rooms I said i can pay the gap between superior room and executive rooms charges If they can give me the kettle Or also they can charge me for kettle as rental too But only thing I asked kettle But they denied and asked me to pay the entire superior room charges for the day to get the kettle in room which is close to Rs.3500 plus gst I was very annoyed as kettle cost itself so i can own it
