Good hotel for the budget with good food, a decent hotel to stay in Trinulvelli. good place to stay recommended.

Very spacious and clean rooms, very good service as well as food. A gratifying experience. All facilities were upto the mark.

Terrible experience in this hotel. Hotel looks new and modern. Room also looks new. Even though there are very few rooms occupied, we were given a room where the bathroom fittings are terrible and pathetic. Very hard that they don't even move. We didn't get hot water at all. After asking they switched on geyser. But after that very hot water and cold water didn't get at all. After trying then water flow either dont stop or even if it stops you can't get the flow again. The hotel was deserted and no person at the reception at night. They keep all the lights off in the reception and all the areas all the time. Morning we were checking out at 7 am but had to call multiple times and finally had to go down to get a person to move our luggage.

Room service and hotel ambience are good. Complimentary breakfast is quite good. Hand napkin can be kept in washroom in addition to towel.

The hotel didn't provide good room wherein twin bed was not cleaned and not worth for the stay.

It was very good experience, front office is very friendly. Mr madan has helped me a lot, my car met with a small accident on saturday night and all my sun-day plan was to cancel, mr madan helped me to fix the issue over night and we were able to continue as per our plan. The room was neat and service was excellent.

Very cooperative even missed item by guest were sent to us with reminder many years staying there during the trip but one design issue not resolved after taking bk fast while doing hand wash it should be isolated from toilet in ground floor appreciate to remind them for longterm business relation

Stayed with my family for 3 nights. Rooms were decent enough, ironing table provided, washroom was clean. Breakfast was good, the only drawback is timings. The breakfast servings never opens until about 8am, so if you are in a hurry, got to skip.

Located near the main business streets, the hotel has very kind staff, ample parking place, and tasty food. Their kitchen madras cafe serves best North Indian cuisine. You have good choices of restaurants nearby also. Ask for non-smoking room if specifically need it. The towels, bedspreads look old, but are clean and changed on request. They provide local travel help also if required, but there is no exclusive travel desk. Enjoyed the stay. 4.5/5.
