Hotel Sai Balaa

The stay was good and the staff accompanied us well and this restaurant food was awesome The total stay was super good and hygienic and clean

I booked the room for 24 hrs but I stayed there for only four hours because of some terrible things. The AC didn't work well, there were dirty stains on the blanket, the amenities mentioned at the time of booking aren't provided. After requesting the room boy he provided just a piece of soap for two people. The hygiene was very poor. At one point I decided to check out because of the high temperature in the room.

The manager(tall guy wearing white shirt) is very rude, unfriendly. he's not fit to handle customers.. He behaves as if he's the owner of the property and looks down at the customers both at the restaurant and at the hotel..

The property was good and there is a restaurant underneath it, Room service is available and as it is available on the highway, it is Good for the people who all want to stay on the way of their journey

Room facilities are so good but air conditioner not working then mountain view is awesome and good nature surroundings

Room is excellent but no lift though they have first floor only . Difficult for senior citizens. Staff are okay and need to impede their patience . Room service is worst as they are least bothered about in-house guest.

Safe and sound stay. Very good staffs. I was having stop over during my bike ride. Room and facilities were very good. Food was also very good.

Hotel was good but the only disadvantages the transportation from the bus stand to the hotel is difficult for guest other than that the food are the hospitality was fantastic.

Service and facilities provided are not worth the amount charged. Fixed check in time 11 am. We actually check in @ 11 pm. Next morning forced to check out 11 am

The room and bathroom were quite good but a little dusty and not well maintained would have it have been cleaned before we stayed there but overall it was a good stay

Owner is very rood and no cooperation from his side to customer, water flow in in the bathroom taps is very thin, some times no water, ac he fitted making huge noice throughout night

Nice and comfort stay

No rooms are constructed in ground floor. Lift facility is not available to access rooms. Not suitable for aged people. Very very small rooms and not worth for money

The room was neat and clean.. was very comfortable. The motel is situated on the highway itself. So, easily accessible and very safe. We had a nice stay.

I like the hotel and its location. Although the room is a bit small, it's okay to stay in. My room was located on the first floor. The hotel has a pure vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor, which was good. However, i was disappointed as the bathroom was not very clean. The restaurant serves delicious spicy food, and it made me feel like eating non-veg. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near a highway with easy access.
