We stayed for 4 Nights in 2 Rooms,It was an excellent stay and service was top notch.Special Appreciation to Mr.Saravana and Mr.Manikandan they were always active to listen to our Queries and provide solutions.As we had weddings to attend and other stuffs,we use to comeback late but they never refused to do room cleaning, Amazing Property.Without any second thought do stay with your families, property is totally safe and amazing.Keep up your Good work Team👍

Poor Stay
Hotel is in prime location but is infested with cockroaches. Toilets are poorly maintained and the hotel is very money minded. No complimentary water. They don’t give extra buttermilk for the full meals that you buy for a price of 200rs. Find an alternate place if you wish go stay with family.

Worst experience of my life!
Very worst experience! Horrible service and arrogant staff. Especially the manager, he raises his hands and talks like a boss to the customers as if we work for him. Will definitely file a legal complaint against the hotel and the manager for sure.

Hotel is placed in a main location opposite to new bus stand and have accessible restaurants near by. Rooms were Fairly new and decently maintained. Extra beds weren’t that comfy, which has to be changed by the owners

The room was clean and tidy

Greatfulness
We are grateful that they changed the bedspreads after we noticed hairs and lipstick marks in bed. They attended immediately after calling them after we stuck in the bathroom due to a lock malfunction and advised is not to lock it inside.

Well maintained and neat in the hot of the city. Fastest checkin and prompt response. Dining and room service is available on request. Easy accessible from new bus stand whatever time we travel.

Good Stay
We stayed for one night. The stay was very comfortable The room, the toilet and the bed linen were clean. The airconditioner was quiet and very effective. The water heater in the bathroom worked well. The service was okay. The only negative point was, there is a hotwater kettle in the room but they do not provide teabags/ coffee satchets. Tbere is a vegetarian restaurant downstairs. This hotel is located directly opposite the New Busstand which is very convenient. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend this hotel for value-conscious travellers.

More than expectations - Comfortable Stay
Booked the stay considering the location near the new bus stand, and came out to be a perfect stay I could ask for. Supportive Staff, Well Maintained Property, Good Food in Restaurant, Clean Toilet and sufficient toiletries, Clean Bed and Perfectly Working AC in the scorching hot weather. On Time Wake up call and urgently arranging the cab at 5 am was cherry on the cake. Highly Recommended for Business or Family Travellers.

Scope for improvement
Room Stay was comfortable. but No complimentary breakfast is provided, complimentary breakfast at least mini tiffin with coffee should have been provided. After the check out, we were unable to sit in reception for even few minutes also while waiting for taxi as the AC was off, it was uncomfortable. It looks as if, hotel Management do not want any guest to sit in lobby.
