Air Conditioner noise is terrible, couldn’t sleep. Bathroom Buckets are very poor quality. Water tabs are leaking and it’s disgusting to sleep. Not worth it for money.

Location is nearer to station. Room space is sufficient for 2 persons. No space for extra beds if required. Tiles broken and shaky inside the room, there are plywoods covers on the floor covering broken tiles. Risky and dangerous for elders. Need to follow up for towels and water bottles for the subsequent days. Restaurant is good. Autos and Taxis available nearby just below the hotel.

I had a challenging experience during check-in at the hotel booked . My check-in time was 12 PM, but my train arrived earlier at 2:30 AM. When I called the hotel, they informed me that early check-in was not possible and that no rooms were available to book. However, after hours of waiting and repeated follow-ups, they finally told me that I could check in early only if I paid an additional ₹1000, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Given the late hour, I had no choice but to pay. While the hotel’s amenities were good, the lack of transparency and the stress of securing a room at an odd hour made my experience unpleasant. I request to ensure better communication regarding early check-in policies to avoid such issues for future travelers.

Hotel was at prime location, nr railway stn(2. 5 km. Has restaurant serving pure veg food. Room was very good, neat, a/c, tv, kettle, etc. Hot water in bathroom from 5am to 9am. Staff is very courteous and friendly.
