Hotel is completly away from main city. Auto fares Rs 150/-charged for one way from Tirunelveli Railway station to hotel. There is no hotel near for food facilities. Rude behaviour staffs and seeking tips compulsory during vacate of Room.

The staff was very much rude,rooms were uncleaned ,no locks for the washroom,if the visitor wants to use washroom,he has to pay extra 50rs,very much worst experience till date😔The staff said for online booking the rules are different and for direct booking customer the rules are different..don't trust the property images has been uploaded,completely unsatisfied

staff was very good and helpful but there was no lock for the door one room and another room geyser was not working and need to maintains clearness

Rooms were good but the Toilet closet can be even more cleaner

Not worth for the money. No hot water available. Smelling towels. No food or any drinks available. There are better places.

Very small room's with untidy bathrooms. No nearby access to restaurants or auto transport facility. .

Outside toilet door lock is damage the main problem is too much trouble because of mosquitoes and the toilet is just ok

Friendly staffs who were always helpful. Room was good and air conditioned. Hot water was available all the time which was much needed! had a good time!

Staff is very rude and impatient. Toilets are unhygienic. Hot water and running water taps are fitted in opposite walls (one has to drag the bucket from one tap to another tap) bedsheets provided dirty. Pillow covers are not fresh.

The rooms are filthy and the washroom’s are very dirty. Highly not recommended for staying purpose. Need improvements.
