Review Of Hotel Veer Residency

After paying to make my trip all amount still the hotel people were asking us money, saying they didn’t receive. The wake up at 12.45 in the night for the same and then stopped us while check out and said we didn’t pay even after showing them the booking details of make my trip. Worst people and staff. Will never again go to such hotels. Never in our life we have seen hotel people waking up some one in midnight asking for money. Worst.

rooms r good. but faced once with issue of hot water. wifi is also sometimes not working. rest all is good, AC works good. u will get parking for car inside the hotel premises rooms r good.

I recently stayed at Hotel and while the overall experience was acceptable, I was disappointed that my room did not have a bathtub. This was a key amenity I was looking forward to, and its absence was a notable drawback. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the hotel's food or other amenities during my stay, so I can't comment on those aspects.

The hotel is not good as basic facilities are not upto the mark no water toilet is stinking, and food is not available till eleven o clock in morning/ today evening the hotel person informed tat will clean and make ready. Waiting for same

I stayed in the hotel for a day with my mother for medical treatment, the bed and other things were good, but in the morning, when it was a rainy day, we needed hot water for bathing, so they said the solar heater is broken, you will not get water, I requested them to bring me a bucket of water from outside, but they could not provide it, we also left the hotel without bathing.

Location is crowded as expected in Mumbai. But near to Panvel railway station, Bus stand & Banks. Food is very good & services are excellent.

Room cleanliness was horrible, toilets were pathetic and staff behaviour was also not proper. Wont recommend this to anyone.

Staff behaviour is disgusting, other room ac facility is poor high expensive room rent in one day, he is not accepted delay check out request so this is wrong

Location is good, it's centrally located service is very good, staff is also good amenities are good

Very poor condition of toilet and bed spread, pillow case etc. Also not good. Can't expect more at the price, i guess

Hotel location is great as all places nearby. All eateries nearby besides hotel's own food. All types of transports readily available.

All over good but a ac properly is not working.

I had 9 day stay in this hotel and my experience was very pleasant. Hotel manager was very nice in listening to my requirements. Very good place to stay in new panvel.

Last time i gave review. But not even a message came from mmt. Rooms were ok. Bathroom and toilet very bad. No water at times. Food is horrible, too costly. Distance from railway around 2km. Rooms underneath bed and mattress very bad

the hotel room was not as expected and not as shown in the pictures, the tv wasn’t working, they gave didn’t even gave wifi n said their own reasons for wifi, water wasn’t coming in bathroom for almost half an hour when i arrived at room, the staff also was not helpful, i am not happy with stay n staff n anything. i felt i said soo much for nothing.

Rooms were having smoking smell, no water in washroom later after n hour water came lights were going no back up. Trice light were tripped. No complimentary water was provided. Cleaning was not done as only bed was prepared and given. Ballons were there in the room itself.

The check in process was fine but room and washroom cleaning was not up to the mark.

I had the worst stay ever. It was terrible. No water in the washroom. Terrible staff. Never ever book this hotel. Mm t please review your hotels correctly.
